MasterPics is a photo challenge game where users can:

• • Upload and share original photographs
• • Participate in photography challenges
• • Vote on other users' photos
• • Earn rankings, recognition, and rewards
• • Purchase in-app features, credits, or upgrades

• • You retain ownership of all photographs and content ("User Content") you submit
• • By submitting User Content, you grant MASTERPICS STUDIO SRL a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, and adapt such content in connection with the Service and its promotion

You agree not to:

• • Post content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing
• • Post content containing nudity, sexual material, or exploitation of children
• • Engage in fraud, vote manipulation, spamming, or cheating in challenges
• • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
• • Use the Service for commercial advertising without our consent

• • Each challenge may have specific rules (theme, deadlines, submission limits)
• • Submissions not meeting challenge rules may be disqualified
• • Rankings and results are determined by a combination of voting, algorithms, and our discretion
• • Decisions regarding winners are final

• • Some features require payment or the use of in-app credits
• • Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play)
• • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law
• • In-app credits or tokens have no monetary value outside the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash

We will promptly investigate and act in accordance with applicable copyright law (such as the DMCA in the U.S. or EU directives).
